News from Camp,
Nothing but a flood of love here after Mr Derek, Miss. Sandra and Senior Voodoo’s holiday at the Abandoned Scout Camp. Much was shared, discussed, learned, taught, barked, tossed and enjoyed during their visit. Here Miss Sandra teaches us about prairie drop seeds while Jimmie teaches about down spouting:
drop seeds & down spouts
It was sad to see our good friends head down the road. We look forward to our next time together.
In other news: work continues on Nic Garcia/Dorthy Fix 7″ collaboration. Watch for track updates soon. The song “Let That Bridge Burn” by Nic Garcia is being recorded and mixed for our friend Caity’s new film: “Hidden Hearts”. Also, Miss Amber is scheduled to have her very own show at the Isle Market & Deli in Minneapolis in June. I think that she should have an opening for this show, but she needs convincing, so please help convince!

Dear Campers,
Hope this finds you well. Today is turning out to be one snowy, cold day here at camp. (The “White Hell” our friend Tato likes to say.)It looks like the kids have all broke out of school. I’m hoping that one of them will shovel us out and/or bring us some candy. The big news at A.S.C. is that Adrianne and Nic will be coming to town next month. The plan is to record some new Garcia songs, so Dorthy Fix can add parts. I guess you could call this a super group or even a super duper group if you like! We are all very excited for them to visit. If you haven’t done so yet, check out some of Amber’s new work on the Art page. Also, she will have these two pieces of work in a recycled art show at The Isle Market & Deli @ 2115 W 21st St in Minneapolis.
So, if you can, go check it out and if you have the $flow$ take them home with you.
All our best,
Ralph E. Cook
